Jordan’s preparation in Team Building to a Collective Result got attention from Hockey Canada’s Olympic Stage - all on his own. Jordan was the Video Coach and assisting organizer to the National Women’s Olympic Team Training Camps; Building Plans and Presentations of Culture, Goal Setting and Video Review of Player Performance. He also coached in pre-season matchups against Japan (5-3 W), USA (6-1 W) and Sweden (6-5 W).
He then joined the Top Management Team of the Rebirthed Fredericton Red Wings being one of the main anchors of Building a Culture Plan and Playoff Preparation Plans; making the Playoffs the First Season when looked early as a Team that would be near last - or last place. These plans and experiences translate to Housing which are highlighted in the Winner’s Manual.
